Why a Meet & Greet?

We require a meet & greet for all new clients to ensure we're the right fit for your fur family. During the consultation, we'll learn all about your pets’ routines, preferences, and any special care they might need. It gives you an opportunity to get to know us as people and how we connect to your fur babes - which is extra important when your cat or dog is shy. By seeing your home and pet care routine first hand, we can ask questions and understand all that goes into maintaining your pet's routine. That way, we will be able to provide the best quality of care tailored specifically to your household.
