Please Note: Positions typically start with supplemental hours (5–10 hours/week), with the opportunity to grow into 15–20 hours/week over time as availability, performance, and client needs align.
Ongoing Applications Welcome:
While we hire throughout the year, availability between 11am and 3pm is always a big plus, especially on Mondays through Fridays. Ideal candidates will have existing experience with animal care (professional or personal), at least 8–12 months of ongoing availability, capacity to start with 5–10 hours per week, with the potential to grow into additional pet sitting shifts over time

What We Look For in All Applicants:
A genuine love of animals and confidence handling dogs and cats of all breeds, sizes, and temperaments.
Prior experience working professionally with animals (pet sitting, dog walking, vet tech, shelter, daycare, boarding, grooming, or related fields).
Commitment to reliability, safety, and excellent client communication.
Ability to follow individualized pet routines and confidently handle multiple pet personalities.
Clean, professional, and trustworthy demeanor — you're caring for both pets and people's homes.
Basic Requirements:
Must reside within 10 minutes of our service area (found on the bottom of this page)
Must be 18 years or older.
Valid driver’s license and reliable personal transportation (bike/scooter not sufficient).
Ability to pass a criminal background check.
Comfortable working in all types of weather.
Smartphone with reliable data for client updates.
Availability for weekday, weekend, and holiday coverage as needed.
Minimum 6-month commitment; longer-term availability preferred.
Bonus Qualifications:
Pet CPR & First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
Experience administering medication or providing care for senior/special needs pets.
Strong photography skills (clients love their pet updates!).
Prior experience in multi-pet households or higher-needs behavioral situations.
